Return Policy

At STRND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our 3D printed modern homeware products. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
